I have been doing community service with my student leadership group for the last 4 weekends. This weekend was a wonderful 108 degree fall day. As always the students have been great and working hard. I truly enjoy watching teens realize they can make a difference in the world.
We have four more upcoming events in Oct and Nov. Since the weather will be cooler I will be able to bring Kean along which makes the day even better for me.
I am glad Dan and I will be slipping out of town this weekend for our first ever more than one night away from the kids since Kean was born. Thanks to our parents we will be off to Prescott AZ for some beautiful weather and relaxation.
