Kean has been at summer camp for the past three weeks. He went to the Humane Society for two weeks and had a blast. Almost convincing Dan and I to get him a kitten, they were on sale for only a $1 you know. The camp taught the kids how to clean and care for the animals. They toured the shelter and created a carnival for their parents.
This week he was at Vacation Bible Camp. Kean always loves this camp and had a great time with many friends this year. As they will be doing an arts camp instead next year he kept commenting on how this was his last time to make memories. What a drama king! I did all the decor for camp (with lots of help from Dan). It was a safari theme and we transformed five rooms at church into a whole new decor. Last night they had an ice cream social, the kids sang some songs and participated in improv comedy. Our CE director and her husband own an improv company and did some hilarious skits with the kids. Kean was the buzzer in the game show. Neil and Eve, and mom and dad were there to support Kean as well.
