I have had the honor to know this young man for six years now. He was a student at my middle school and is now a sophomore at the high school. Over the years we had many interactions, not all good as I was the disciplinarian during his middle school years. He is an amazing athlete and plays Varsity football as both a freshman and sophomore. The other night, Dan and the kids and I got the opportunity to finally see him play. We had a terrific time at the game and I loved that he still wanted a hug and to have his picture taken with me. This is what makes going to work each day worth the drive. Knowing Kevin and his family will be memories I will always cherish.
