Today we used all the dryer lint we had been collecting from many people. As a family we melted vasoline in a large pot, added lint and wood shavings. Kean was the lint shredder and wood shavings, while Dan and I melted the vasoline. We put it all into a cake pan and set it outside to cool. Hopefully this week we will be able to use our own fire starters. We lucked out that this week we are getting a cold front and will be having many fires. Can't wait to try out our new experiment.
