For their first go see it...event, Dan coordinated for the scouts to go to the Corona de Tucson Fire Department. One of the benefits of my working in the small town of Corona is a close relationship with the fire department. Unlike, our Tucson Fire Depts., the Corona dept doesn't get many visitors. Mr. Bill the Fireman, provided a wonderful experience for the scouts. He prepared a powerpoint on first aid and had real life examples and pretend wounds for the kids to treat. Then the kids and a few adults, got to get into all the trucks and wear the fire gear. I am not sure who had more fun, Kean or Dan. There is no greater moment than watching your child and their father share a memory.
